Nestled near the palace, this hotel shines with its exceptional staff who went above and beyond for my birthday, surprising me with Prosecco and heartfelt wishes. The spacious Queen Room was impeccably clean, with a fantastic shower and an inviting ambiance. A charming breakfast and nearby shops made it an unforgettable experience!

Modern bathroom amenities, central location, high-quality furniture

Attention to requests could be significantly improved!!! Cold room temperatures and noise from nearby lifts were quite bothersome. Tight underground parking made it a challenge to maneuver!!! Cleanliness could also use a bit more vigilance!!!

Had a great spot in the city centre, but check-in was a wee bit messy. The AC didn’t work well, left us feeling hot as. The room was huge and comfy though!

Though I loved the vibe, the cleanliness could use a little more attention. there was some dust near the mini-fridge. The smell from the carpet upon entering was a bit off-putting, but the comfy king bed kept things cozy.
